How does RV pick up work?
Get ready for your road trip! Here’s everything you need to know about the RV pick-up process—from online check-in to driving off the lot with confidence.
1. Preparation via Online Check-in (from 7 days before pick-up)
You can complete Online Check-in in your customer account starting 7 days before pick-up.
You’ll need to enter driver details, check your pick-up location, and get to know your camper with the tutorial.
- Check the address and parking options at your pick-up station.
- Make sure to watch your camper tutorial before pick-up—it’s an important step.
The Pick-up Pass is a digital ticket you’ll need to present on pick-up day.
- You’ll receive it after completing Online Check-in.
- It remains inactive until the day of your pick-up.
2. On the Day of Your Pick-Up: Activate Your Pick-up Pass
Activate your Pick-up Pass in your customer account when you arrive at your pick-up station.
- Scan the QR code on the banner next to our Welcome Point
- Or, click the button in the email you receive from us one day before your pick-up
You must complete the check-in at the station before your pick-up can begin.
3. At the Welcome Point
Our staff will know you’re ready for handover and will come to you at the Welcome Point.
Bring the original documents for all drivers for verification.

Photos of the main driver’s documents will be taken during pick-up for insurance reasons.

The deposit is collected at the pick-up station.

4. Final Checks: Meet Your Travel Companion
After watching the Camper Tutorial, you’ll get to know your RV in practice through the Final Checks.
- Go through the most important camper functions so you feel confident before departure.
- Mark any features you still have questions about for our team.
- Confirm that all included and booked accessories are present and properly stored.
Return to the Welcome Point for a walkthrough with our staff to check for any damage.
- We’ll review existing damage together and document anything new if necessary.
- If you’re unsure, take your own photos or video to record the vehicle’s condition.
No, it’s not possible to report damage after you’ve left the station.
5. Sign the Rental Agreement & Hit the Road
Don’t leave the lot without signing your rental agreement—it’s required before you drive off.
- Once signed, you’ll get an email with your rental contract and any recorded damages.
Once you pick up your RV, the breakdown number will appear in your customer account.
