What’s included in your roadsurfer Rally rental?
Find the right camper for your one-way journey across Europe and North America, from compact camper vans to spacious motorhomes. Each vehicle comes equipped with essentials like navigation, air conditioning, and auxiliary heating, along with basic camping equipment such as a table and chairs so you can comfortably enjoy your trip wherever you go.
Roadsurfer Rally Rental Policies & Conditions
Roadsurfer Rally rentals are designed as one-way journeys, so you’ll pick up your camper in one location and return it at your destination. Vehicles should be returned on time and in a clean condition at the designated drop-off location. Vehicle Category
Your booked RV or camper van category may occasionally change after confirmation. If that happens, you’ll receive an equivalent or upgraded vehicle for your trip.
Discounts & Promotions
Rally offers are already heavily discounted, so additional discount codes or promotions can’t be applied.
Fuel, Tolls & Travel Costs
Fuel, tolls, and other road-related costs aren’t included in your rental price and need to be covered during your trip.
Pick-Up & Return Times
Pick-up usually takes place between 3–4 PM, and return is scheduled for the morning of your final rental day, typically between 10–11 AM. Earlier pick-up or later return isn’t available, so it’s best to plan around the times shown in your booking confirmation.
Cleaning & Return Condition
Your RV is professionally cleaned before pickup. Please return it swept and wiped after your trip to avoid additional cleaning fees. Extra cleaning charges may apply if the vehicle requires more extensive cleaning.
Roadsurfer Rally FAQs: What You Need to Know
The RV rental security deposit is paid before your trip, charged to your account, and refunded after the vehicle is returned.
You can pay the deposit by credit or debit card. At German stations, payment via EC/Girocard is also possible. Please note that the deposit is charged (not reserved), so depending on your payment method, the refund may take a little longer.

If you cancel between 59 days and 48 hours before departure, a 50% cancellation fee applies and the remaining 50% is issued as a voucher.

You should return your RV in a clean and well-maintained condition, meaning it has been swept and wiped before drop-off.
