A roadsurfer Rally is a one-way camper van or RV rental on selected routes, letting you travel between locations without having to return the vehicle to where you started. Because routes are predefined and availability is limited, these trips are often available at a lower price than standard one-way rentals.
Up to 7 days – Up to 4 people – From $199 one-way
Get 25% additional miles for your transfer route or 125 miles per rental day – whichever is greater. Additional miles are charged at $0.90 per mile.
Find the right camper for your one-way journey across Europe and North America, from compact camper vans to spacious motorhomes. Each vehicle comes equipped with essentials like navigation, air conditioning, and auxiliary heating, along with basic camping equipment such as a table and chairs so you can comfortably enjoy your trip wherever you go.
roadsurfer Rally rentals are designed as one-way journeys, so you’ll pick up your camper in one location and return it at your destination. Vehicles should be returned on time and in a clean condition at the designated drop-off location. You’ll also need to arrange your own travel to the pick-up point and your onward journey after drop-off.

In rare cases, the RV or camper van category you booked may change after your booking is confirmed. If that happens, you may be assigned a vehicle from a different category for operational reasons.
Rally offers are already heavily discounted, so additional discount codes or promotions can’t be applied.
Fuel, tolls, and other road-related costs aren’t included in your rental price and need to be covered during your trip.
Pickup is usually in the afternoon between 3 and 4 PM, and drop-off on the last rental day is typically in the morning between 10 and 11 AM. Earlier pickups or later drop-offs may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability. For your trip planning, please refer to the times listed in your booking confirmation.
Your RV is professionally cleaned before pickup. Please return it swept and wiped after your trip to avoid additional cleaning fees. Extra cleaning charges may apply if the vehicle requires more extensive cleaning.
This is a vehicle relocation trip. The vehicle is safe and ready to drive, but some comfort and convenience features may be limited, and minor cosmetic or functional wear is possible. That’s why Rally trips are so affordable. On top of the transfer distance, you’ll get 25% extra miles for detours and flexibility.
The RV rental security deposit is paid before your trip, charged to your account, and refunded after the vehicle is returned.
You can pay the deposit by credit or debit card. At German stations, payment via EC/Girocard is also possible. Please note that the deposit is charged (not reserved), so depending on your payment method, the refund may take a little longer.

roadsurfer rally bookings follow our standard rental cancellation policy as stated in our rental terms and conditions. Unfortunately, cancellations aren’t available in your account yet. Please contact the rally team at rallye@roadsurfer.com and we’ll handle it for you.
The minimum age to rent an RV depends on your pickup location, starting from 18 years old in most European countries and 21 in the USA, Canada, and some locations like the UK.

You should return your RV in a clean and well-maintained condition, meaning it has been swept and wiped before drop-off.
If the vehicle requires additional cleaning, extra fees may apply.
