You can change or cancel your booking 24/7 through your personal customer account.

Changing Your Booking

Yes, you can change your booking in your customer account until shortly before departure.

  • You can find all information about our rebooking conditions and fees in our Rental T&Cs.
  • Please note that the possibility of rebooking always depends on availability.

There are no additional rebooking fees.

  • However, depending on the time of rebooking, the price of the new booking and the Flex Option selected, previously paid amounts or fees may not be refundable.

With the Flex Option, you can rebook to a more expensive trip any time; certain refund rules apply to cheaper rebookings.

  • Rebooking to a more expensive trip: possible at any time – we only charge the additional cost.
  • Rebooking to a cheaper trip at least 14 days before departure: the difference will be refunded.
  • Rebooking to a cheaper trip less than 14 days before departure: the difference will be retained.
  • The booking fee is generally non-refundable.

Even without the Flex Option, you can rebook to a more expensive trip at any time; for cheaper rebookings, you must reschedule earlier in order to receive a refund.

  • Rebooking to a more expensive trip: possible at any time – we only charge the additional cost.
  • Rebooking to a cheaper trip at least 60 days before departure: the difference will be refunded.
  • Rebooking to a cheaper trip less than 60 days before departure: the difference will be retained.
  • The booking fee is generally non-refundable.

If your new rebooked trip is cheaper, a refund of the difference is only possible if you rebook early enough.

  • With the Flex option: at least 14 days before departure.
  • With the Flex option: at least 60 days before departure.
  • For later rebookings, any price difference will be retained.
  • The booking fee is generally non-refundable.

Cancellation Options

Yes, you can cancel your booking in your customer account until shortly before the start of your trip.

There are no additional cancellation fees.

  • However, depending on the time of cancellation and the Flex Option selected, previously paid amounts or fees may not be refundable.

With the Flex option, a refund is possible depending on the time of cancellation.

  • Cancellation at least 21 days before departure: refund of the total amount (excluding booking fee).
  • Cancellation less than 21 days before departure: Only the Travel Fee will be refunded – provided the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up.

Without the Flex option, you will not receive a refund for cancellations, regardless of when they are made – only the Travel Fee will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before pick-up.

A refund of the rental price is only possible with the Flex option and depends on the time of cancellation.

  • With the Flex Option: refund if cancelled at least 21 days before the start of the trip.
  • Without the Flex Option, or shorter notice: no refund.
  • The booking fee is generally non-refundable.
  • The Travel Fee will be refunded in all cases, provided that cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to collection.
