How do I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can change your booking in your customer account until shortly before departure.

• You can find all information about our rebooking conditions and fees in our Rental T&Cs.
• Please note that the possibility of rebooking always depends on availability.

There are no additional rebooking fees.

• However, depending on the time of rebooking, the price of the new booking and the Flex Option selected, previously paid amounts or fees may not be refundable.

With the Flex option, you can conveniently reschedule, extend, or shorten your trip; depending on when you make the change and the new booking price, certain refund rules apply.

• Rebooking to a more expensive trip: possible at any time – we only charge the additional cost.
• Rebooking to a cheaper trip at least 14 days before departure: the difference will be refunded. (Exception: shortening the trip less than 21 days before departure is treated as a partial cancellation, so no refund is issued.)
• Rebooking to a cheaper trip less than 14 days before departure: the difference will be retained.
• The booking fee is generally non-refundable.

Even without the Flex option, you can reschedule, extend, or shorten your trip; however, you need to make changes earlier in order to receive a refund.
