Certainly, you can make changes to your roadsurfer booking up to 48 hours in advance, allowing you to select a different date and model at no additional cost. Please be aware that the current prices will be applicable. In the event that the rebooking results in a lower total cost, a rebooking fee will be charged for the excess amount paid.
Rebooking is free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled booking. If you decide to rebook, the current prices will apply. Should the cost of the newly booked trip be lower, a rebooking fee will be paid based on the price difference between the original and rebooked rental price.
If you make changes to your booking more than 60 days before the departure date, we will refund the full overpaid amount.
For changes made between 59 days and 48 hours before the departure date, the following conditions apply:
If you wish to reschedule, shorten, or extend your trip, you can easily manage this yourself through your customer login. The link to your personal “Customer Account” can be found in the email containing your booking confirmation.
If you would like to collect your vehicle from a different location or change the rental model, please send us a brief email notifying us of your change in booking. We highly recommend checking the availability of your desired model for the intended timeframe. We will send you a new booking confirmation as soon as possible.
Yes, you can change the travel period of your trip several times. However, please note that once the rental period has been changed, the cancellation conditions of the original rebooking period will be applied to any future cancellation. If you have changed the booking within the period of 59 days to 48 hours before the start of the rental period, this will apply to a future cancellation, even if the booking is cancelled more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.

Yes, you can cancel your booking.
You can cancel your booking at any time. Please log in to your customer account (you can find your link to your customer account in the booking confirmation email).
If you cancel at least 60 days before the first rental day, your cancellation is free of charge.
If you cancel 59 days to 48 hours before the start of your trip, the following conditions apply:
If you cancel up to 60 days before the start of your trip, we will refund your payment to the same payment method that you have chosen for the payment.
The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue
It is not possible to extend the date.
You will receive an email with the voucher code
The voucher can be used for all models and all stations
The voucher cannot be paid in cash
