How can I modify or cancel my booking?

Log in to your customer account to view, modify, or manage your booking details anytime. Access your customer account here to adjust pick-up/drop-off times, add equipment, update driver info, upgrade protection, or download your booking confirmation.

Yes, you can change your booking up to 48 hours before your trip, subject to current prices and availability. If the new booking costs less, a rebooking fee may apply to the refunded difference.

Rebooking is free up to 48 hours before your trip. If the new trip is cheaper, a rebooking fee is deducted from your refund. For changes 59 days to 48 hours before your trip, voucher/refund options depend on whether you booked the Flex Option.

You can cancel your booking any time in your customer account. Log in to your account or use the link from your booking confirmation email to cancel your trip.

If you cancel up to 60 days before your trip, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. For later cancellations, a voucher may be issued—see all details in our Terms & Conditions.
