From Malmo Airport (MMX): From the airport, take bus “Flygbussarna Airport Coaches” to “Malmo Södervärn”. Transfer to bus 174 toward “Dalby busstation” and get off at “Staffanstorp Önsvala”. From here, it’s a six-minute walk to the roadsurfer station.
Alternatively, from the airport, you can take bus “Flygbussarna Airport Coaches” to “Malmo Central Station”. Change to bus 177 toward “Staffanstorp Sockerstaden” and get off at “Staffanstorp Trubadurvägen”. From here, it’s an eight-minute walk to the roadsurfer station.

Parking information
Please be aware that there is no on-site parking available at our station, even for a short duration to load your shopping or camping equipment. It is advisable to reach us via public transport or taxi, and you can load or unload your camper at a location outside the station.
For parking your vehicle, consider using the paid long-term parking at the airport or pre-book a parking space online in advance through “Aimo Park” or other platforms such as http://www.pmalmo.se, http://www.apcoa.se, EasyPark, or Epark.

When you hire a campervan in Malmö you can be on the road right away, trusting that your roadsurfer home on wheels is fully stocked. Your campervan comes with an awning, camping table and two chairs to enjoy the space outside of your vehicle. The kitchen box allows you to save money on eating out: you’ve got all the pots, pans, and utensils to cook up your own meals. The best time to hire a campervan in Malmö is generally the summer, from May to August. Although prices may be higher, you can make the most of the long hours of daylight, especially by the coast. April is when winter begins to disappear, so if you don’t mind the colder days then this month, as well as September and October, are perfect for escaping the crowds. There is beauty to be found over winter as the cobbled streets glow in the evening rain, and the city feels more peaceful than in the high season. When you hire a campervan in Malmö you’ll need to fill up your water tank with fresh water at the beginning of your journey and empty your wastewater before you return it. Most petrol stations will allow you to fill up with fresh water, and many campsites provide fresh water and waste disposal sites. Using your campsite facilities is the easiest option as the closest place to the roadsurfer station for emptying your wastewater is in the car park at Solängens Camping, one hour north of the station.

Drive into the city and park for a day of exploration with your campervan rental from Malmö. You can park on Kung Oscars Väg in Slottsparken for €6.50/4hrs. There are convenient toilets in the nearby library. As with all cities, take your valuables with you, and make sure to not leave any tempting possessions in sight!
There is no freeway toll in Sweden. However, there is a city toll in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Essingeleden, and your license plate number will be automatically recorded. The fees depend on the time and date.
The same happens at the Motala and Sundsvall bridges.EPASS24 takes care of the billing. The exception is the Oresund Bridge, where you can pay directly before crossing.

There are plenty of great camping site in Malmö, both in the city centre and a little further outside. First Camp Sibbarp-Mälmo overlooks Øresund Bridge and has bike rental; Malmö city centre is a half hour cycle away. Another coastal option is Lomma Camping, close to Lomma beach. Malmö city centre is a 20-minute drive or 40-minute cycle.
