How do I log in to my customer account?

You can log in to your customer account here. We have recently changed the way you log in to your customer account. From now on, you can create a password when logging in.

How to Set Your Password

  • Click on the link in the booking confirmation email to access your customer account. You can also click here to access your customer account.
  • Log in with the main driver’s date of birth.
  • You will then be asked to create a password for future logins. Please note the instructions regarding length and the use of numbers and special characters.
  • Use this password to log in moving forward.

Your Customer Profile
In the top right of your customer profile, you can:

  • Change your password
  • Log out

Forgot Your Password?

  • No problem! Simply click on “Forgot password”.
  • Make sure that you have the correct email address where the reset link will be sent.
  • Click the “Reset my password” link in the email. Please note that the link is only valid for 30 minutes.
  • Create a new password.
  • Log in with your new password.

Please Note the Following

  • If you skip the step of creating a password, you will be asked to set a password every time you attempt to log in.
  • Do you have multiple bookings with us? You can always use the same password along with your email address to access your account.
