How do I login to my customer account?

You will receive the access link to your customer account together with your booking confirmation. When you log in for the first time, you must create a password.

How to set your password

  • Click on the link provided in your booking confirmation email to access your customer account.
  • Log in with the main driver’s date of birth.
  • You will then be asked to create a password for future logins. Please note the instructions regarding length and the use of numbers and special characters.
  • Use this password for all your future logins from now on.

Your customer profile
In the top right of your customer profile, you can:

  • Change your password
  • Log out/li>

Forgot your password?

  • No problem! Simply click on “Forgot password” in the login area.
  • Check that it is the correct email address to which the reset link will be sent.
  • Click the “Reset my password” link in the email. Please note that the link is valid for 30 minutes.
  • Assign a new password.
  • Log in with your new password.

Please note the following

  • If you skip the step of creating a password, you will be asked to set a password every time you try to log in.
  • Do you have multiple bookings with us? You can always use the same password along with your email address to access your account.
