How do I access and manage my roadsurfer customer account?

Your roadsurfer account makes it easy to manage your bookings and personal details. Here you’ll find answers to common questions about logging in, passwords, and account settings—so you’re always in control of your journey.

You can log in anytime online using your email and password.

  • Go to the roadsurfer login page and enter your credentials.
  • Create a password the first time you log in by following the prompt after entering your main driver’s date of birth.

    • Click the link in your booking confirmation email or visit the login page.
    • Log in with the main driver’s date of birth.
    • Follow the prompt to set your password—make sure it meets all requirements.
    • Use your password for all future logins.

    Go to your customer profile and select “Change password” in the top right corner.

    Click “Forgot password?” on the login page to reset your password.

    • Enter your email to receive a reset link.
    • Click the link (valid for 30 minutes) and create a new password.
    • Log in with your new password.

    Yes, use your email and password to access all your bookings in your customer account.

    You’ll be asked to create a password every time you try to log in until it’s set.
