Getting to the station
From Frankfurt Airport (FRA): From the airport, take the S8 (S-Bahn) suburban train toward “Wiesbaden Hauptbahnhof” to “Gustavsburg”. Transfer to bus 54 toward “Klein-Winterheim/Bf” and get off at “Wiesbaden-Mainz-Kostheim Sankt-Veiter-Platz”. From here, it’s a three-minute walk to the roadsurfer station.
Alternatively, you can take a Taxi / Uber (30 minutes).
From Mainz-Kastel station: From the station, board bus 54 toward “Ginsheim-Gustavsburg” to “Sankt-Veiter Platz”. From here, it’s a 5-minute walk to the roadsurfer station. Alternatively, from the station, you can take bus 68 toward “Hochheim (Main)” to “Sampelweg”. From here, it’s a 5-minute walk to the roadsurfer station.

The roadsurfer station is located on the premises of the ‘Rheingauer Hof’ wine shop. Parking spaces are available across the street.

The parking guidance system of Mainz will guide you easily to the next free parking space, and your parking ticket is also valid as a ticket for public transport for up to 4 people. You can also find parking spaces in the Römerpassage or the town hall.
If you want to leave your own car behind during your road trip, there is free parking directly opposite our station on the other side of the street.
