How do I access and manage my roadsurfer customer account?

Your roadsurfer account makes it easy to manage your bookings and personal details. Here you’ll find answers to common questions about logging in, passwords, and account settings, so you’re always in control of your journey.

You can log in anytime online using your email and password.

  • Go to the roadsurfer login page and enter your credentials.
  • Create a password the first time you log in by following the prompt after entering the main driver’s date of birth.

    • Click the link in your booking confirmation email or visit the login page.
    • Log in using the main driver’s date of birth.
    • Follow the prompt to set your password, ensure it meets all requirements.
    • Use this password for all future logins.

    Go to your customer profile and select “Change password” at the top right corner.

    Click “Forgot password?” on the login page to reset your password.

    • Enter your email address to receive a reset link.
    • Click the link (valid for 30 minutes) and create a new password.
    • Log in using your new password.

    Yes, you can use your email address and password to access all your bookings in your customer account.

    You will be prompted to create a password each time you try to log in until it has been set.
