Getting to the station

From Harry Reid International Airport: Head to the bus stop “NB Eastern before Russell.” Take bus 110 to “NB Civic Centre after McDaniel.” Then, walk approximately 4 minutes to the stop “NB Las Vegas before Civic Centre.” Catch bus 113 to “NB Las Vegas after Walnut.” From there, it’s just a 3-minute walk to our location. An easier alternative is Uber/Lyft, especially if you’re arriving with a lot of luggage; typically, an Uber/Lyft costs around $30.

Notice regarding the airport: Unfortunately, you cannot drive any of our campers directly to the airport, as they exceed the maximum height limit. Please keep this in mind if you intend to pick up or drop off someone.

There’s free street parking available around our location, such as on N Walnut Rd right alongside the station. However, please be aware that parking is at your own risk.

Campervans: Equipped and ready for adventure

When you hire a campervan in Las Vegas you can be on the road right away, trusting that your roadsurfer home on wheels is fully stocked. Your campervan comes with an awning, camping table and two chairs to enjoy the space outside of your vehicle. The kitchen box allows you to save money on eating out: you’ve got all the pots, pans, and utensils to cook up your own meals. There’s even a corkscrew and bottle opener, and a cafetière plus mugs for your morning coffee or tea, although you’ll want to bring dish towels, sponges, and eco-friendly dish soap. When you rent a small motorhome from Las Vegas you will need to bring your own bedding, or you can hire what you need from the station.   • If you are planning a road trip through the USA, you will require a USA visa or an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorisation).

Best time to hire a campervan in Las Vegas

The best time to book an RV rental in Las Vegas is typically in Spring (March to May) or Autumn (September to November). These seasons offer comfortable temperatures for exploring the city and nearby attractions. Summer is another option for hiring a motorhome in Las Vegas but the temperatures can be exceedingly hot. Winters, on the other hand, tend to be cooler although still mild. Keep in mind that it’s worth planning your trip around key events such as the world-renowned Electric Daisy Carnival (May), the Las Vegas Food & Wine Festival (September) or the National Finals Rodeo (December).

You can usually empty your grey water and refill at any campsite. There’s a KOA not far from our location where you can pay for emptying and filling::

Petrol stations near our Las Vegas location

Pease ensure the fuel tank is topped up shortly before returning your motorhome rental. Depending on the camper model, petrol or diesel and DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) are required. Please check in advance which fuel your camper requires. Failure to return the tanks full may result in a service fee. DEF is available at most Walmart and Target locations. This is the closest petrol station near our location:

Parking in Las Vegas

Parking your RV rental in Las Vegas can be tricky, but with an abundance of casinos that are always looking to usher more people through their doors, it’s not as difficult as you might think. There’s an open-air parking lot behind the Main Street Station parking garage (65 Stewart Ave) with dedicated security and no height restrictions. If you want to park closer to the action, you can also check out the Plaza Hotel and Casino’s oversized parking area (310S S Main St), which is available to both hotel and non-hotel guests subject to availability. On-street parking is incredibly limited, however, the downtown area offers highly affordable parking areas that are suitable for anyone driving a motorhome in Las Vegas (72 hour parking maximum).

While Las Vegas is famous for its neon lights and flashy casinos, it’s also surrounded by stunning natural beauty. Anyone hiring a motorhome in Las Vegas can look forward to discovering these nearby camping spots:
