Are you planning a short trip through Bremen and the surrounding area or will your campervan rental journey take you across Europe? No matter what adventure you have in mind, you will always remain flexible with a hired roadsurfer campervan. Read on for our insider tips for hiring a motorhome in Bremen.
You can begin your road trip as soon as you pick up your keys in Bremen, trusting that your roadsurfer home on wheels is fully stocked. Your campervan comes with an awning, camping table and two chairs to enjoy the space outside of your vehicle. The kitchen box allows you to save money on eating out: you’ve got all the pots, pans, and utensils to cook up your own meals. There’s even a corkscrew and bottle opener, and a coffee pot, plus mugs for your morning coffee or tea, although you’ll want to bring dish towels, sponges, and eco-friendly dish soap. When you rent a small motorhome from Bremen you will need to bring your own bedding, or you can hire what you need from the roadsurfer station. Full details of what’s included in your motorhome hire, and our suggestions on what to bring along to your Bremen campervan holiday can be found in the equipment list.
The best time to rent a small motorhome in Bremen is early summer. There is little rainfall during this time and the temperatures of around 23 degrees are perfect for a road trip to the nearby North or Baltic Seas. Hop in your campervan and head even further north for a Scandinavian trip or head south to discover Germany and the southern part of Europe.
Please empty the wastewater tank before returning your campervan in Bremen. Supply and disposal stations are often well-marked and can be found at petrol stations or waste water disposal facilities. However, the easiest way to dispose of wastewater is at a campsite, as they typically have well-equipped service stations.
When you hire a campervan or motorhome in Bremen, you must return your rental with a full tank of diesel and AdBlue. You can fill up here and then return your camper to the station around the corner.
Please note: The AdBlue service station information provided is for guidance only and is provided without warranty of any kind; customers are advised to check the information for accuracy on their own responsibility, as roadsurfer assumes no liability for the accuracy or timeliness of the information.
You can easily discover the city with a hired campervan or motorhome. There are around 13 parking garages in the city centre where you can park. Park + Ride is the cheapest (and easiest) option where you can leave your camper on the outskirts of town for free and then take the public transport into the city.
Discover the most beautiful places to relax in your motorhome or campervan rental. The best way to find a unique camping experience is with roadsurfer spots! Friendly hosts who are enthusiastic about camping offer private pitches or campsites all over Europe. Hire a campervan in Bremen and find your pitch on one of Bremen’s many beaches and rivers or drive directly to the North Sea or Baltic Sea.
