From Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER): From the airport, take the S45 (S-Bahn) suburban train to “S+U Tempelhof” or the S9 (S-Bahn) subway line to “Friedrichstraße”. Change to the U6 (U-Bahn) subway line and take this to “Kurt-Schumacher-Platz”. From here, it’s a 2-minute walk to the roadsurfer station.
From Berlin Central Station (Hauptbahnhof): From the station, take the U5 (U-Bahn) subway line to “Unter den Linden”. Change to the U6 (U-Bahn) subway line and take this to “Kurt-Schumacher-Platz”. From here, it’s a 2-minute walk to the roadsurfer station.

Free on-street parking is available on Nordlichtstraße. Alternatively, paid parking is available in the multi-storey car park “Der Clou” opposite the roadsurfer station.

From Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER): The easiest and fastest way to reach us is by taxi or Uber (approximately a 7-minute drive). Alternatively, you can take bus 263 in the direction of Grünau to “Waltersdorf, Am Rondell”. From here, it’s a 4-minute walk to the roadsurfer station.

Best time to hire a campervan in Berlin
With average temperatures of 5°C in winter and 22°C in summer, Berlin is a great travel destination all year round. After exploring the city, you should definitely visit the surrounding area with your campervan rental!
The A10 bypasses the capital which makes it the ideal starting point. Heading southwest, you can visit Potsdam and the many lakes in Havilland. You can then continue south on the A9 to Leipzig and Dresden, perhaps even to Thuringia and Munich in Bavaria if time allows.
You can plan your journey to the North via the A24, A11 and A20. How about a trip to the Baltic Sea coast to Stettin, Stralsund, Rostock or Lübeck, or perhaps Hamburg? You can even travel to Scandinavia by motorhome from Berlin!
