You’ll want to fill up the fresh water tank of your camper van or RV rental at the beginning of your trip, and empty your grey water at the end. If you want good weather, the best time to rent a camper van in Rotterdam is from May to September. Rotterdam doesn’t get as busy as other cities in the summer, so you can enjoy the sights and sunshine without worrying about the crowds. If you don’t mind the cold, you can check out the International Film Festival that takes place from the end of January until the beginning of February.
