Where can I check the status of my security deposit?

You can log in to your customer account here. There you can not only view the details of your overall booking, but also monitor the status of your security deposit. Alternatively, you can also check the status of your deposit directly here.

Once you’ve collected your campervan or motorhome, the deposit status will be visible in the overview section. The status will be promptly updated once the deposit is released.
