Like all big cities, parking in the centre is not the easiest thing to do! We recommend hiring one of our compact campervans to navigate the busy city streets, but you’ll still have to be patient as there will be fewer available spaces and streets are narrow.
Paid parking in the streets of Marseille is available between 9 am and 7 pm from Monday to Saturday, except on Sundays and public holidays.
If you want to park close to the city centre in a monitored parking lot, the indigo Vieux Port-Mucem (paying) car park is the one! You will find a level 1 accessible to vehicles up to 3m20. From there, you just have to stroll through the beautiful historical city of Marseilles.
Explore the city of Marseille and the gorgeous surrounding countryside, and find unique camping spots along your journey with roadsurfer spots. Plan your road trip and stay in beautiful places at competitive prices, by the beach, in the heart of Provence, or nestled in the vineyards! All our spots are private, so you don’t have to worry about whether they’re legal, or not. Book your unique camping experience and the good vibes in the South of France!
