What documents do I need to pick up my campervan?
Make your pick-up smooth and stress-free. Here’s what you need to know about the documents required for collecting your motorhome or campervan rental.
Bring a valid driver’s license, a government-issued ID or passport for each listed driver, your National Insurance ID and a credit or debit card for the deposit.
- All documents must be presented in person, photos or copies are not accepted.
- Make sure your driver’s license meets the requirements for your destination.
We accept debit or credit card, VISA or Mastercard. American Express is only accepted in the USA.
- Your card must have enough available funds to cover the deposit and you’ll need your PIN.

You’ll need to sign the rental agreement before starting your trip.
- A copy of the signed agreement will be emailed to you after pick-up.
