The Camper Tutorial is an online guide with instructional videos and step-by-step instructions for your specific campervan or motorhome.
- It covers essentials like setting up the bed, using the kitchen, and more—helping you feel confident before your trip.
- Watch the instructional videos for your model before you hit the road.
Access the Camper Tutorial through your customer account after booking.
- You’ll find it in the top right corner of your account overview, or go directly to the Camper Tutorial.
At the station, you’ll see two extra sections: Final checks and Equipment check.
- Final checks: Review vital vehicle functions before you start your journey.
- Equipment check: Confirm that all accessories and extras are present.
- Complete this step using your account or by scanning a QR code at pick-up.
The final section of the Camper Tutorial includes a return checklist to guide you through return.
- Covers cleaning, refuelling, emptying tanks, and equipment check.
- Becomes available in your customer account once your trip begins.
- Helps ensure a smooth return and avoid extra fees.
