Participation in the campervan rally is exclusively available as a one-way journey. The campervan rental must be returned in a clean and timely manner at the destination and remain there. You are responsible for arranging your transportation to the pick-up location and managing your return journey. For any additional enquiries, feel free to reach out to us at rallye@roadsurfer.com.

You are responsible for covering expenses such as fuel, tolls, and other associated costs.
Please be aware that the vehicle category is subject to change even after your booking has been confirmed.
You will receive your roadsurfer professional cleaned inside and out! If you return your roadsurfer in a well-maintained condition (swept and wiped), you will not be charged any cleaning fees.
Cancel 59 days to 48 hours before departure, incur a 50% cancellation fee, and receive a voucher for the remaining 50%.
All roadsurfer camper models can also be booked as dog friendly rentals. There is only an additional one-off dog flat rate of £89 in Europe and £109 in North America per booking.
To minimise your costs for claims with excess during your rental period, we strongly recommend that you book one of our “carefree packages”. You can find out more in our travel protection table.
Please note that the minimum rental age requirements vary depending on the rental country. Here’s an overview:
United Kingdom: Drivers must be at least 25 years old and have two years of licensed driving experience (driver´s licence class 3 or class B)
USA, Canada, and Ireland: Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have one year of licensed driving experience (driver´s licence class 3 or class B)
Europe (not including Ireland): Drivers must be at least 18 years old and have one year of licensed driving experience (driver´s licence class 3 or class B)
The rally rental pick ups are scheduled in the afternoon, typically between 3 and 4 PM. Returns are scheduled for the morning of the last day of rental, usually between 10 and 11 AM. Please be aware that picking up earlier or returning later is not an option. Kindly follow the designated times outlined in your customer account for the reservation.
Your rally enquiry constitutes a confirmed booking. Thus, please keep in mind the security deposit of £700, which must be settled with roadsurfer prior to your journey. The deposit can be paid via credit or debit card. If you do not have a credit card or debit card, you can also pay by EC/Girocard at German stations. Please note that the deposit is not reserved but debited from your account, therefore the refund may take a little longer.
