The minimum rental period is three nights.
In Europe, drivers must be 18 and have a driver´s license (class 3 or B ) for more than a year. Our customers in the USA and UK have to be at least 21 years of age in order to be able to rent one of our vehicles.
All our models are equipped with the following: navigation system, air conditioning, stationary heater, awning, 1 camping table, 2 camping chairs and a kitchen box with all kitchen utensils. You can also add optional equipment such as bicycle racks or portable camping toilets and much more.
We charge a one-time service fee of $ 99.00 in Europe and $ 149.00 in America. What is the service fee? There are many steps to make your fully-equipped roadsurfer “ready to go” from the standard production line to the rental handover. The provision fee is to ensure that you receive the best customer experience possible.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in our RVs in the USA. All roadsurfer camper vans in Europe can be optionally booked with a dog fee. Once you have chosen your preferred camper van, simply add the one-off dog fee of $ 85.00 to your booking.
We do not want our customers to have to pay for additional cleaning costs. Our goal is to hand over an impeccable vehicle to every customer and for this reason we have to charge an additional fee in exceptional cases.

A security deposit of $ 850.00 must be paid to roadsurfer for each booking.
You can pick up your camper van from Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately, we do not offer a pick-up on Sundays and public holidays. Furthermore, bookings are not available from or until a Sunday.
The pick-up takes place in the afternoon between 2 and 5 PM on the first day of the rental. Returns take place on the last day of the rental in the morning between 9 to 11 AM.
If you would like to pick-up your vehicle earlier and return it later, please select your preferred times directly when booking. We charge a small fee for both an early pick-up and a late return. This fee depends on the time you select and will be shown to your in advance during the booking process.
With us, you pay for the nights. That’s why you only pay half for the first and last day.
If you return your RV outside of our business hours, the return will be at your own risk. We are not responsible for damages incurred to the vehicle during this time.
Please ensure that you refuel the fuel tank (diesel and AdBlue) shortly before returning your RV. You can usually find a petrol station near our locations. Failure to return the fuel or AdBlue tank full may result in a service fee being charged. Additional information regarding this can be found in our T&Cs.

Currently, our dog camper van option is only bookable for rentals in Europe. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in RVs booked in the USA.
When you rent an RV or camper van, you should make sure the interior is properly cleaned before you return the vehicle to the rental station at the end of your adventure. Please return your campervan as clean as you received it.
If the vehicle is not sufficiently clean at the time of return, we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee. In case of extreme soiling, smoking in the vehicle, or taking along animals without the appropriate booking, additional cleaning fees may apply.
