  • After pick-up, you can track your deposit status anytime in your customer account
  • If no damage is found, your deposit may be released shortly after the return inspection
  • If damage is identified, status updates may continue during the review and invoicing process
  • Depending on the inspection outcome, final deposit release can take several business days or up to 30 days
