Where can I check the status of my security deposit?

Upon receiving your booking confirmation, you will also receive a link to access your customer account. Through this account, you can review the specifics of your booking and also monitor the status of your security deposit.

Once you’ve collected your campervan or motorhome, the deposit status will be visible in the overview section. The status will be promptly updated once the deposit is released.
