Motorhome & Campervan Hire in Paris

Rent a campervan or motorhome, and your roadsurfer is ready to go on your road trip when you pick it up! Your camper is fully-equipped with camping essentials, so you don’t need to bring any camping equipment with you. We provide everything you need free of charge: a camping table, two chairs, an awning, a gas bottle, parking blocks, and a water canister to fill your water tank. Save money on your road trip by cooking your own meals – you’ll also have everything you need with our kitchen box. It consists of all the utensils you need to cook. The only thing you need to bring is a duvet or sleeping bag if you haven’t booked bedding as an extra.

You can visit Paris in a motorhome or campervan hire during any season, and don’t worry, all our vehicles are equipped with stationary heating for the colder months. One visit is certainly not enough, as it is almost impossible to see everything in one go. There are major music festivals such as Rock en Seine, Solidays, and Lollapalooza in the four corners of the capital all year round, as well as world-famous sporting events such as the Tour de France and the Paris Half Marathon.

If you want to go to the Atlantic coast, we recommend visiting from May to October for the best weather and temperatures. If you want to travel in June and September, you can avoid the crowds of tourists by travelling in Brittany or Bassin d’Arcachon.

When you set off on your journey and are looking for a water supply to fill up your water tanks, you can go to the addresses below. You will also need to empty the waste water of your roadsurfer vehicle at the end of your road trip. The nearest motorhome service stations to the Paris South branch are listed below:

Although it may not always be easy, it is possible to find a place to park in the streets of Paris. Paid parking is available from 9 am to 8 pm, except on Sundays and public holidays. If you don’t have the correct change for the parking meter, you can pay by credit card or via the parking apps almost everywhere. The advantage of paying with your phone is that you don’t need to set the time in advance.

Alternatively, follow the signs to a multi-storey covered car park, many of which are also accessible to cars up to 2 metres high, so choose to hire a VW California, for example, and you will have no problems getting around the city! If you are travelling in a motorhome or campervan, there are several special underground car parks, but we recommend that you leave your car at the campsite or at a station on the outskirts of town and use public transport to visit the city centre. You can also park for free near the Bois de Vincennes and Bois de Boulogne, but please note that these campsites are not supervised.
