Vehicles should be returned on time and in a clean condition at the designated drop-off location. You’ll also need to arrange your own travel to the pick-up point and your onward journey after drop-off..

Your booked campervan or motorhome category may occasionally change after confirmation. If that happens, you’ll receive an equivalent or upgraded vehicle for your trip.
Rally offers are already heavily discounted, so additional discount codes or promotions can’t be applied.
Fuel, tolls, and other road-related costs aren’t included in your rental price and need to be covered during your trip.
Pickup is usually in the afternoon between 3 and 4 PM, and drop-off on the last rental day is typically in the morning between 10 and 11 AM. Earlier pickups or later drop-offs may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability. For your trip planning, please refer to the times listed in your booking confirmation.
Your campervan is professionally cleaned before pickup. Please return it swept and wiped after your trip to avoid additional cleaning fees. Extra cleaning charges may apply if the vehicle requires more extensive cleaning.
This is a vehicle relocation trip. The vehicle is safe and ready to drive, but some comfort and convenience features may be limited, and minor cosmetic or functional wear is possible. That’s why Rally trips are so affordable. On top of the transfer distance, you’ll get 25% extra miles for detours and flexibility.
The campervan hire security deposit is paid before your trip, charged to your account, and refunded after the vehicle is returned.
You can pay the deposit by credit or debit card. At German stations, payment via EC/Girocard is also possible. Please note that the deposit is charged (not reserved), so depending on your payment method, the refund may take a little longer.

The minimum age to rent a campervan depends on your pickup location, starting from 21 years old in the UK, USA and Canada and 18 in most European countries.

You should return your campervan in a clean and well-maintained condition, meaning it has been swept and wiped before drop-off.
