The minimum age to hire a campervan or motorhome varies by country—most places require you to be at least 21 years old with 1–2 years of driving experience.
- United Kingdom: Minimum age 21, with at least 2 years of driving experience (category B or class 3 licence).
- Europe (excluding Ireland and the UK): Minimum age 18, with at least 1 year of driving experience (category B or class 3 licence).
- USA, Canada, and Ireland: Minimum age 21, with at least 1 year of driving experience (category B or class 3 licence).
