What is the refund process?
Refunds are issued automatically for eligible cancellations and the details are sent in your confirmation email.
The exact process depends on who canceled the booking and when the cancellation occurred.

Refunds for bookings canceled within the cancellation period are processed automatically.
- The refund is sent to your original payment method
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with refund details
- Depending on your bank, it may take up to 14 days to appear
If a booking is canceled outside of the cancellation period, no automatic refund is issued.
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email
- The payout will have already been sent to the host
- Contact the host directly if you want to request a refund; if they agree, provide your IBAN so they can transfer the agreed amount
