How do I contact my host after booking?

You can contact your host after booking using the details in your confirmation email or the spots chat.

You’ll receive your host’s phone number and/or email in the confirmation email. You can also use the spots chat function on the website or in the roadsurfer app.

You can send a message to your host directly through your roadsurfer spots account.

  • Log into your account and go to your booking
  • Click on the envelope icon to open the chat
  • Send any booking-related questions directly to your host
  • The chat will automatically close after check-out

You can leave a review to share your experience and show appreciation to your host.
