How can I contact my host?

After your spot booking has been confirmed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the contact information of the host (email and/or phone number). Additionally, the spots chat function is now available to you and the host on the website and in the roadsurfer app!

Log into your account, go to your booking, and click on the envelope icon. Now you can send a message to your host if you have any questions about your booking. After check-out the chat will automatically be closed.
