How can I cancel a booking?

You can cancel your booking directly in the roadsurfer spots app.

• Open the app and log into your account
• Go to “Bookings” and select the spot you want to cancel
• Tap “Cancel booking,” review the details, then tap “Cancel now”
• You’ll see a confirmation page, and both you and your host will receive a confirmation email

You can cancel your booking on the website from your account.

• Go to the roadsurfer login page
• Log into your account and click “Manage bookings”
• Select “Cancel booking” under the booking you want to cancel
• Review the details and select “Cancel now”; you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page and both you and your host will receive a confirmation email
