How can I cancel a booking?
Through The App
- Open the roadsurfer spots app
- Log into your account
- Go to “bookings” and select the spot you want to cancel
- Click “cancel booking”
- Once you have double-checked the details, select “cancel now”
You will be redirected to the confirmation page. Both you and your host will receive a confirmation email for the cancellation.
Through The Website
- Log into your account
- Click on “manage bookings”
- Select “cancel booking” under the booking that you’d like to cancel
- Once you have double-checked the details, select “cancel now”
