Sometimes travel plans can hit a roadblock. If your booking has been cancelled, it’s important to understand the refund process and the cancellation policies.

When will I receive the refund?
For bookings cancelled within the cancellation period, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method. After the cancellation, we will send you a confirmation email with the refund details. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
If the booking is cancelled outside of the cancellation period, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email, but no automatic refund will be issued. Since the booking payout has already been sent to the host, you will need to contact the host directly to discuss a refund. If the host agrees to a refund outside of the policies, please provide your IBAN so that the host can send you the agreed-upon amount.
