Can I make changes to a confirmed booking?
You cannot change a booking once it is confirmed and paid by email.
If you want to adjust your trip, you need to cancel and create a new booking.
Once a booking has been paid and confirmed, it is final and cannot be changed.
- To shorten, extend, or change spots, cancel the existing booking and create a new one

- If you rebook, notify the roadsurfer spots support team using the contact form
If your stay starts in 8 days or more from now, the total rental amount will be refunded.
- Cancel your booking to receive an immediate refund of your payment (excluding the roadsurfer spots fee)
- If you rebook and notify the support team, the service fee from the first booking will be refunded

For stays within 7 days or less of your arrival date, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
