Where can I find my booking overview?
You can always find your booking details in your confirmation email or in your roadsurfer spots account.
Both include your booking number, location, and host contact information for your stay.
You will receive an email with the subject “Booking confirmation for your spot.”
- It contains your booking number, exact location, and host contact details
- Check your spam folder if you cannot find the email
You can log into your roadsurfer spots account via the web or the mobile app.
- View all booking details directly in your account
- Access the same information as in your confirmation email
In the rare event that no booking confirmation arrives, you can contact customer support via the contact form.
