What if I have to cancel on short notice?
We understand that unforeseen events can happen at any time. To guarantee planning security for our hosts, we have defined the following cancellation policy: How can I cancel a booking?
Should you need to make a cancellation on short notice, please follow these steps:
- Inform your host: you can find their contact information in the booking confirmation.
- If you are still within the cancellation period (more than 7 days before your arrival): cancel through your spots account
- If you’d like to cancel outside of the cancellation period (less than 7 days before your arrival): Contact roadsurfer spots to cancel. Please note that you will not receive a refund for the booking or the service fees, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
