What information is provided in my booking confirmation?
After booking a campsite on roadsurfer spots, you will receive a confirmation email with the subject “Booking confirmation” containing your booking number. To ensure seamless communication, kindly reference this booking number when reaching out to your host or our support team.
The following information will be included in your booking confirmation email:
- Your payment method
- The booking overview
- Name and address of your host
- The contact details of your host
- The location of your spot including a Google Map link
- Description of the location of the spot (when provided by host)
- House rules (when provided by host)
- Your booking period
- A breakdown of the booking price
Please take note of the house rules and verify the check-in and check-out times for your reserved spot. Hosts typically offer additional check-in details within the pitch description. If your arrival plans change, kindly notify your host well in advance.
