How do I contact my host after booking?
You can contact your host after booking using the details in your confirmation email or the spots chat.
You will receive your host’s phone number and/or email in the confirmation email. You can also use the spots chat function on the website or in the roadsurfer app.
You can send a message to your host directly through your roadsurfer spots account.
- Log in to your account and go to your booking
- Click the envelope icon to open the chat
- Send any booking-related questions directly to your host
- The chat will automatically close after check-out
You can leave a review to share your experience and show appreciation for your host.
