We charge a one-time service fee of $ 99.00 in Europe and $ 149.00 in America. What is the service fee? There are many steps to make your fully-equipped roadsurfer “ready to go” from the standard production line to the rental handover. The provision fee is to ensure that you receive the best customer experience possible.
All our models are equipped with the following: navigation system, air conditioning, stationary heater, awning, 1 camping table, 2 camping chairs and a kitchen box with all kitchen utensils. You can also add optional equipment such as bicycle racks or portable camping toilets and much more.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in our RV camper vans in the USA. All roadsurfer campervans in Europe can be optionally booked as dog campers. Once you have chosen your preferred campervan, simply add the one-off dog fee of $ 85.00 to your booking.
We have a cleaning policy. It is therefore advisable to keep the vehicle clean so that you do not incur additional costs since we charge $ 100.00 cleaning fees if necessary.
A security deposit of $ 800.00 must be paid to roadsurfer for each booking.
You can pick up your campervan from Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately, we do not offer a pick-up on Sundays and public holidays. Furthermore, bookings are not available from or until a Sunday.
The pick-up takes place in the afternoon between 2 and 5 PM on the first day of the rental. Returns take place on the last day of the rental in the morning between 9 to 11 AM
If you would like to pick-up your vehicle earlier and return it later, please select your preferred times directly when booking. We charge a small fee for both an early pick-up and a late return. This fee depends on the time you select and will be shown to your in advance during the booking process.
With us, you pay for the nights. That’s why you only pay half for the first and last day.
If you return your RV outside of our business hours, the return will be at your own risk. We are not responsible for damages incurred to the vehicle during this time.
Entering the Death Valley National Park is not allowed. Furthermore, traveling outside of the United States is not permitted.
The minimum rental period is three nights.
You must be over 21 years to rent an RV in America. You can rent your desired motorhome at all European locations from the age of 18 (driving license possession of at least 1 year).
