The Cozy Cottage is a semi-integrated 23 foot RV with a VW Crafter chassis. This class B motorhome is ideal for two people and has 2+1 berths, a spacious kitchen with a large fridge, air conditioning that also works while stationary, and a comfortable bathroom with a hot water shower and toilet.
The 177 horsepower Cozy Cottage is the perfect semi-integrated camper for your European road trip for two. Two single beds can be converted into a large bed so that a third person, a toddler or a small child, can also be accommodated comfortably. The back seats are equipped with an Isofix system so that a child seat can be attached. The large integrated kitchen has a 142-liter refrigerator with a freezer compartment. You can create a comfortable living and dining area by rotating the front seats for use at the dining table.
Be independent on the road and enjoy the comfort of the integrated bathroom with a hot water shower, sink, and toilet. This weatherproof model with a fixed high roof is ideal for all seasons with it’s air parking heater and air conditioning that also works when the vehicle is stationary. You can store all your suitcases and vacation equipment in the large rear garage. This motorhome also has a bicycle rack for 2 bikes. Please note: We recommend this vehicle model for use by two people as it has a maximum loading weight of 595 lbs (weight of persons, luggage/personal equipment, and water tanks). Please avoid filling the water tank during the journey, as the permitted total weight of 7716 lbs will be exceeded.

There is a variety of camping equipment which can be rented from roadsurfer. A roof-rack for your surfboard, colorful campervan bedding or a child’s seat are just a few examples of your optional extras. Check out our equipment page for more information.
Of course you can let us know if you don’t want to take along a porta-potty or other equipment which you had booked. However, we unfortunately cannot refund such equipment (bike rack for example) as we plan and purchase according to these bookings in advance. We ask for your understanding that equipment cannot be cancelled separately.
Sadly, this is not possible. You can collect or bring back your camper van from Mondays to Saturdays. Our offices are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Yes. roadsurfer does not have a mileage restriction. Drive as far as you want & have fun!
Stay flexible when you travel with roadsurfer. You can cancel or rebook your road trip up to 2 days before your departure with our FLEX option.

Renters can only book our camper vans in the USA from age 21 due to current insurance conditions. However, we are already working on a solution and hope this will soon be possible for younger drivers.
