The Model Telaro from Thor Motor Coach in Layout 20A with pop-up roof has everything you know from a large motorhome, and at only 6.42 m in length, it is as easy to drive as a campervan. The manual pop-up roof can be folded up in no time at all – so a total of four people can sleep comfortably – 2 in the rear bed and 2 in the upper roof bed. The spacious fitted kitchen has a large fridge, a 2-burner gas hob, and a sink. The driver and passenger seats swivel so that four people can also sit comfortably together at the built-in dining table.
The gas-operated air heating and the air conditioning ensure a pleasant indoor climate at any temperature. Highlights also include the built-in TV and the bathroom with a hot water shower and toilet as well as the 190 Watt solar panel. In principle, you can drive your roadsurfer campervan anywhere in the United States. Only trips to Death Valley are prohibited in the summer months (period 01 June to 30 September) for insurance reasons.
Yes. roadsurfer does not have a mileage restriction. You can and should enjoy your freedom in the USA too. Drive as far as you want & have fun!
The equipment of our roadsurfer campervans differs from model to model, but your “ready to go” camping equipment is included in the USA! So start your holiday relaxed with a kitchen box, camping table, and two camping chairs for outside are already included! You can add additional accessories according to your individual wishes at any time during the booking process.
By the way: our Couple Condo model even comes with a TV.
Very important! Please note in advance that our US models Road House XL and Couple Condo are not diesel vehicles. Please only fill up with petrol!
The vehicle layout is also slightly different from the roadsurfer campers you know from Europe. For example, the bathroom of the Couple Condo is in the rear. An overview of all camper models and their detailed equipment can be found here.
Unfortunately, our campervans in the USA can currently only be booked from the age of 21. This is due to the insurance conditions. However, we are already working on a solution and hope that this will soon be possible for younger drivers as well.
